Tanlines – Oahu

Chris visits the Hawaiian Island of Oahu – home to the infamous North Shore. The breaks are too big for Chris to surf, but he checks out the pros ripping the curls and talks shop with locals about surf culture. A highlight of this trip is a visit to Turtle Bay Resort where the contestants of the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Bikini Pageant were frolicking poolside. After too much sun, Chris chills out with a well-deserved sunburn treatment at the local Serenity Spa. Finally, he heads out to a unique bar serving Hawaii’s traditional Kava juice – a natural hallucinogenic!

Can’t wait to try this new route and service! But if they (HAWAIIAN AIRLINES) really wants to compete with the Japan carriers to take Japanese tourists to the islands, they’re going to have to have -service- on par or better than JAL and ANA. Being “as good” as any other American airline would be disappointing at best. C’mon HAWAIIAN, show us you can rise above our expectations!
